Thank you. I am very sorry for that. Actually, when I click Moldovan interwikis, I cannot get any information about it is closed. Something should be done, some information added to article headings.

Sorry to return to this question but... I cannot find any decesion on actual closure of Moldavian Wikipedia. The link given shows a terrible "debate" with no conclusion.
